The Problem
In today's digital age it can easily be assumed you've bought something online, but selling isn't as common. Gen Z is less likely to sell online compared to prior generations. eBay is the original online destination for preloved items.

How can we encourage this new generation to take advantage of this digital market on eBay?
The Solution
Every generation revisits the past in either music, fashion and pop culture. With trends coming back into style every 20 years, it's Gen Z’s turn to take a trip down memory lane and cash in on this nostalgia surge

eBay will encourage Gen Z to send off their beloved items with a letter, sharing old memories between them as they "break up" with their junk.
